What is a SMSF Update?

Due to changes in superannuation law it is sometimes necessary to update the governing rules of a SMSF. This can be done by a deed of variation. The deed of variation will repeal and replace entirely the existing governing rules of the fund with new provisions.

Through the SMSF Update process our Solicitors will review the governing rules of your current SMSF and make recommendations for any updates that may be required.
